About Firdooze
An engineer by profession and an amatuer photographer with a passion in photography. Firdooze picked up his photography skills and interest from his late dad, whom himself was an inspiring photographer during his living days. But unlike his dad who prefered mostly potraiture, Firdooze shoots more landscape and architecture.A tribute to the main man, this gallery is a rememberance of what he had left for his son.

Film Photography
Firdooze feels that film photography is not dead. The nostalgic feeling that film produces, be it black and white/positive slides/negatives, draws most photographers back to these epic canisters. Furthermore, the strong contrast and the vivid colours that positive slides produce can never be reproduced digitally (at least not at this moment in time).Firdooze loves to experiment different films which have their own unique colour reproduction. The only thing which stops him from shooting film regularly is the cost of processing which is rather steep here in Singapore. Other than that, Firdooze loves the chance of shooting film which never fails to remind him of the good old days.
